Sorry we have been super quiet lately!! I promise I will try and get a few reviews next week. But anyway.......I went into a Superdrug before I went to work today and bought some goodies!!

 Swatches of the lipgloss and eyeliner. You can't see the colour of the luminizer on my skin but it gives off a very subtle glow! And I mean a very very subtle. lol.

This year I have challenged myself to try and get through my ridiculous stock pile of toiletries and beauty products. I've been doing really good so far and only buying items that I really need and don't already have stashed. I actually have an entire list of all my make up, beauty products and toiletries and am slowly crossing them off! It's a good feeling knowing that I got the full use out of a product, rather than switching halfway through the bottle and never going back to it again.
I also feel like I'm getting my full money's worth and can really tell which items I like and will repurchase, and also getting to know which products really don't work well for me.

So this weekend, I've got some empties to share!



Lush Prince Charming Shower Gel
This was a limited edition Valentines item, really loved the scent to it.
Kind of like a toned down version on Snow Fairy, not as sickly sweet but still got a nice berry/candy scent to it.
Will probably buy again next year if Lush bring it out again.

Philosophy Candid Pecan Body Scrub
I got this in a set as a Birthday Gift in January, loved the scrubbi-ness of this! The scent is amazing, but a bit over powering if you leave the lid off for too long in the shower!
I don't think I'll repurchase this one, but it has made me want to try another Philosophy scrub, just in another scent.

No7 Airbrush Away Primer
I didn't find it that great a primer to be honest, yes it done it's job but that was really it. I'm looking for a primer that not only does good, but makes me feel and look good. Sadly this was not it.
Will not be repurchasing, for the time being I have Maybelline Baby Skin to use up.

If anyone is interested, this is my entire stash list from the start of the year, items crossed out have already been used up!

I have been eying these type of boxes up for while but I couldn't decide which one I wanted to go for so I decided I would try the cheapest one that is available in UK. You Beauty Discovery Box. And I am quite happy with my goodies :)

You Beauty Discovery Box is a monthly box. You get to pick two products/samples and then they will add in a few wee extras. So let's get start.

My Picks

FULL SIZE Dr Lipps, Nipple Balm for Lips (15ml : £11.50): This is a 100% natural S.O.S. multipurpose balm for lips, dry, sensitive skin, eczema, dry cuticles, burns and abrasions, sore nipples and even baby's bottoms! - I have tried this out and I am loving it!!! Very moisturising on my lips and leaves a glossy finish.

8ml SAMPLE SIZE Rimmel BB Cream in Light (30ml: £6.99) : Rimmel's 1st 9-in-1 Skin Perfecting Super Makeup 9 in 1 results: Primes, moisturises, minimises pores, conceals, covers, smoothes, mattifies, brightens, and helps protect. Lightweight, ultra comfortable formula instantly gives a flawless, 100% natural finish. SPF 25 - This I am really looking forward to trying out. I have been eying it up for a while but wasn't sure so I will see how I get on with it.

The Vintage Cosmetic Company Toe Separators (£3.75): Toe Separators are soft and comfortable; your best friend when trying to achieve perfectly polished nails. - You can never have enough of these!!! It will be summer soon and I love having my toes out!! Because I am not allow to paint my fingers nails because I work I love doing my toes nails so these are a fab wee bonus.

Overall, I am quite happy with my box. It is worth the money spend.

Here is a few bits and bobs I picked up in the last week.



Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula 250ml

Both where 1/3 off in Superdrug.
I love the smell of the cocoa butter but never seem to buy it very often, I thought I would get the scrub as well to try.



Soap and Glory The Fab Pore 50g
Soap and Glory Puffy Eye Attack 14ml
Maybelline Baby Skin 22ml
All from Boots
I've never tried The Fab Pore before, interesting wee product as it can be used as both a scrub and a face mask.
I finished off my Clinique All About Eyes and needed new eye cream, so thought I would give this one a try as it's much cheaper than the Clinique one.
I've heard a lot of mixed reviews on the Baby Skin and decided to try it for myself, so far I do quite like it, though have only been using it for a few days.

I got really excited when I saw the new fragrance in my blades, I have opened the other packet already and they smell amazing!
My nails have been breaking a lot recently, even though I use hand cream everyday I think they need a little something extra just now, so I got this to see if it makes them any better.
